RARE limited edition "Jo Grant Special" Commemorative Stamp Cover signed in person by KATY MANNING.We produced this special official licensed cover in 2006 to commemorate the companion to the 3rd Doctor, Jo Grant who appears on the cover, along with the Ogrons.
