This figurine shows the Tetrap from the 1987 Seventh Doctor adventure 'Time and the Rani'. The Tetraps are a vampiric, beast-like race from the planet Tetrapyriarbus used by the renegade Time Lord, the Rani in her experiment with a time manipulator.
